It's hard to find a modern home to stay in the North End but look no further. Construction completed Spring '24 with three floors to relax and entertain. Sit by the fireplace and watch HDTV or get some work done in the office and look out at the mountains. The kitchen is a chef's delight with stainless steel appliances and wifi-enabled speakers stream your favorite music on every floor. Relax and watch the big game on a 65" Sony TV in the garage or ride supplied cruiser bikes to the park...

Floyd's Downtown Cottage

Floyd's is a lovely no-frills duplex, essentials only, getaway a few blocks away from Downtown Boise. Walk/ride to restaurants, breweries, shops, grocery stores, or to the famous Fancy Freez diner across the road. The home offers modern furnishings, fast wifi, a smart TV with access to your favorite entertainment apps, a washer and dryer, and a full kitchen! The Boise River Greenbelt & the Ridge to River Trail system are both a short distance away offering miles of walking and biking paths!
