Our apartment is located on the second floor and has the unique outdoor stairs that make Montreal's architecture so special. Both Master bedroom and second bedroom are bright well decorated and fully equipped (wardrobe, full length mirror, etc.) It is also very quiet, be it night or day. The living room and the kitchen is a big open space where you can chill out, work or relax according to your mood. It is very well furnished with cozy couch, beautiful wooden table and high brick walls. You will be able to access the entire apartment throughout your stay. Feel free to text, call or email us if you need help before and throughout your stay. We will try our best to answer your enquires. The home is located on a beautiful street lined with well-preserved Victorian houses in the heart of Montreal. Enjoy access to Park La Fontaine on one end and Saint-Denis street on the other, as well as Saint-Laurent and the Old Port. In case you don't feel like walking, Sherbrooke metro station is just behind the apartment and it's also a big hub for buses. You can catch number 24 (Est - West), number 30 (North - South), number 144 (Est - West), number 356 (Est - West), number 360 (Est - West), number 361 (North - South). For those who drives, we have free parking with LIMITED spots (FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis) right in front of our place. Otherwise there are public parking spaces all around our block, a private parking across the street and also there is indoor parking in the hospitality school/ hotel which provides 24hours parking right behind our apartment (beside the metro Sherbrooke). Alternatively and if the weather allows it, there are Bixi stations in front of our place and across the whole of Montreal for you to enjoy the outdoor scenery to the fullest at an affordable price. We are fully furnished and we also provide basic necessities for eg. Shampoo, shower gel, towels, hangers, cooking tools, kettle, toaster, microwave, stove and coffee machine. Complimentary drinks and snacks are provided. For visitors with infants or children, we will provide a jigsaw rubber mat and a playing tent for them to enjoy in a safe environment. There are also WIFI and Apple TV for your own leisure. Let us know in advance if you need any help and we will try our best to do whatever we can under reasonable circumstances.

Guests will have full access to the flat, as well as a large outdoor back deck equipped with garden furniture, a BBQ with all the tools and a full tank of propane. We run a professional clinic downstairs so are available at any time during business hours (9:00 to 18:00). After business hours, we are a phone call away. This residential neighbourhood is steps from Monkland Village, a vibrant area with restaurants, cafés, boulangeries, gourmet grocery, and trendy shops within a five-minute walk. It is a 10-minute Metro ride to downtown or Old Montreal. We are 3 minutes' walk from the Villa Maria subway stop, which connects with downtown within 5 stops. Excellent 89/100 Walk Score with a "very walkable" mention. By car, we are just next to Decarie Blvd (autoroute 15) and a 15 min drive from the airport. The downtown Central business district is just 10 minutes away. Surrounded by mature trees, the view from the apartment is of the Bell Tower of the Church on Notre-Dame-de-Grace street, and below, the tennis courts. You'll love the location.
