STYLISH, SPOTLESS and SPACIOUS 3 bedroom apt.

You will love the comfortable beds with soft pillows, the comfy couch and nice finishes. Kitchen has basic utensils, dishes, microwave and coffee maker. There is a 60" tv with cable, Apple TV, Netflix and free movies on demand. There is a pickleball court and hot tub and we are 10 minutes from American Fork Canyon, 15 minutes from I-15 and about 35 minutes from downtown Salt Lake if traffic is light. Close to stores and the beautiful outdoors. Space is limited to 6 guests total. No exceptions.

Enjoy this cozy one bedroom cottage right in the heart of Lehi’s downtown area. Walk to dinner or to Wines Park. Swing on the porch and enjoy this peaceful and centrally-located home in a safe, wonderful family neighborhood. Make meals at home or enjoy a variety of close restaurants or fast food options. This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

Beautifully handcrafted with custom cabinets, shiplap walls, quartz countertops, a beautiful wraparound deck and a bedroom window view of the 11,749 foot Mt Timpanogos. Located 20 yards from the Bonneville shoreline trail which offers excellent hiking, biking and snowshoeing. This beautiful location is also a short walk to one of Utah’s top 10 waterfalls (Battle Creek Falls).
