A Midtown Private Studio with Kitchenette

The studio provides ample privacy. If you’re driving, park your car in the driveway or on the street. This area is full of the classic post WWII starter homes in a well established neighborhood. The square footage of the studio space is about 300 feet. It’s ideal for stays for 1-2 people. If a guest needs space to work too, there is a desk and High speed cox cable internet with wifi. Pets are welcome with a small fee for additional cleaning. La Madera Park, is 1/2 a block away.

Thunderbird: a haven for hikers, birders, artists

Nestled at the foot of stunning Red Butte, Thunderbird Suite is southwestern decor with antique furniture. Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. Welcome to Saguaro Suite---Southwest retreat with private entrance. Unfortunately we cannot accept cats. This is not a whole house. It’s a 600 sqft. studio with private bathroom, entrance, and patio in fenced yard. Queen bed and futon. It includes a 60 video game table, a Billiards/ping pong table, cooktop and supplies.
