Ros cottage was lovingly created and built by its only owner twenty years ago with a design that makes you believe its been there forever. While it looks old and traditional, it is equipped with all the modern amenities one could ever want. Nestled atop a hillside and overlooking the Irish sea and Carlingford Lough, this is a haven for family , or individuals who want to get away from “ the madding crowd “ and live as one with nature. With breathtaking and uninterrupted views over the sea towards the Mourne Mountains , Ros Cottage is a one off and has to be seen to be believed. This family home is within two miles of the medieval village of Carlingford and the home of some of the finest restaurants and bars on the North East coast. Enjoy the excellent quality food and service with the famous locally grown Carlingford oysters washed down with locally brewed beers. Take the local fifteen minute ferry ride and you will arrive at the Royal County Down golf club. Should you prefer things to be a little less hectic , take one of the many hiking trails just outside your back door, or retire to the sun room to read and relax. Alternatively , just meander through the beautifully matured Ros Cottage garden all lovingly planted by the owner. This is a very unique and beautiful home with an abundance of character. Roseanne's Seaside Cottage

A traditional Irish cottage right on the seashore. You can't get closer to the sea than this! Situated in Whitestown about 5km from the busy village of Carlingford with shops, traditional Irish music pubs and choice of excellent restaurants and activities. Inside has a newly renovated interior, wood burning stove and is snug all year round with central heating. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves, explore the beach every day, walk the coastline, and drop into the infamous Lily Finnegans Pub.

The Dream Barn, Moynalty Village, Kells. Meath.

This is recent modern Barn conversion. (Jan 2015) It contains one large kitchen/dining/lounge area, one double bedroom with en suite facilities. June 2017 added second Living Space area with view of adjacent farm and wood, Lobby area with Laundry facilities and a second bathroom. Please note the Grounds and external outdoor perimeter of The Barn is protected by CCTV TK Alarm Company. Please know this is a simple place. It once was out buildings, however you will find it warm and homely.

Welcome to our newly refurbished large self contained studio apartment. It is nestled in the basement of a 200 year old traditional Irish farmhouse with its' own private entrance and overlooking stunning gardens. The studio is equipped with large flatscreen TV, high speed internet, and it just a five minute drive to the Hill of Tara, 10 minutes to the Hot Box Sauna, and 20 minutes from New Grange. In our back garden you might meet our two dogs, alpacas, pony, and our chickens.

Bobby's Cottage Omeath is a beautiful 2 bedroom house, on a quiet lane at the foot of Slieve Foy mountain, only 5min walk to Omeath Village or 10 minute car/taxi journey to the bustling village of Carlingford, with its array of pubs and restaurants. It is set in a beautiful tranquil location with ample car parking. Its a perfect base to enjoy the many walking trails the area has to offer or just kick back and relax and enjoy the picturesque surroundings.

Only an hour drive will take you to both Dublin and Belfast City (M1 Motorway Junction 16) We have lovingly restored and renovated this cottage over the years to provide a cosy and welcoming home.
