Updated Outer Banks beach cottage located in Corolla. Conveniently located a 2-3 minute walk from the ocean. Our cottage is perfect for families and friends. The upstairs has three bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. The downstairs is detached from the upstairs with a private entrance. This room is a bedroom/game room with a half bathroom. There is an outdoor shower located outside this room. We hope you make many wonderful memories at our cottage and want to return year after year.

Newly renovated in the winter of ‘23 this tiny house is located on the same property as the owner’s home but provides complete privacy with its own fenced in yard. The beach and sound are both a short bike ride and the town of Duck is 2 miles north.

This is a true {mid-century modern} historic and classic cottage. It was built in 1956 by Frank Stick. Frank was a local artist and developer and started the “flat-top” movement in Southern Shores. We have worked hard to modernize this classic and bring it back to life with some fun twists! The porch is our favorite feature. It is 1200 sq feet of screened in, relaxing bliss. Outside family dinners and corn hole tournaments are our family’s way of relaxing at this sweet cottage!
