Swinburne Castle

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. A delicious continental breakfast will be provided in your rooms. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use. lovely footpaths from the house for keen walkers.

Alnwick Glamping Pods

This stylish Pod is perfectly positioned above Edlingham Vale, with the Simonside hills beyond. Deep in the heart of North Northumberland, amenities in Alnwick and activities are just a 10 minute drive away. Next to the Pod, there is parking for 2 cars. Our Pod overlooks the hilltop Farm Steading of Overthwarts, giving panoramic views of the countryside. With your own private gated entrance, you can come and go as you please or enjoy the views from the comfort of the wood fired Kirami hot tub.

A space to rest and relax in the Scottish Borders

Part of a Steading (barn) sympathetically converted in 2006, overlooking woods and fields from its own enclosed garden. The cottage is ideaI for exploring the Scottish Borders and Northumberland. One hour by car from Edinburgh, 35 mins from Lindisfarne and 45 mins from Bamburgh. If you'd like to leave the car at home and cycle to us it is 13 miles from the station at Berwick-upon-Tweed. Tucked away down a small lane, you can walk or cycle from the door or simply sit and watch the wildlife.

The Blacksmith’s Shop

Newly converted detached cottage (which was historically the Blacksmith’s shop) situated on our working farm. Adults only, one king sized bedroom with bath, shower room and open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The perfect place to explore the hills, castles and beaches of north Northumberland. The Bothy

Situated in a quiet courtyard in the borders town of Coldstream. Ideal for walkers, golfers, fishing or just visiting the historic Scottish borders. Only 4 miles from Flodden battlefield, Kelso 10 miles Berwick 14 miles, Edinburgh less than an hour away. 2 Local pubs to chose from all within 5 minutes walk. The name Bothy means a refuge for travelers. The price includes airbnb's charges which I can do nothing about, we charge £70 per night the rest is airbnb commission.

The Three C's is a newly renovated one bedroom annex. You will have free parking, your own access and your own outside area through the patio doors to the rear. You will have one double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge area. Well behaved pets are welcome, and the outside area is secure for them to wonder about in. Garden Cottage - rural comfort with 2 bedrooms

Garden Cottage is a Grade B listed cottage, stone built around 200 years ago, with views over the restored Victorian glasshouse and orchards at the bottom of our gardens. The beamed bedrooms upstairs complement a spacious and light ground floor that has access to private front and back gardens, with sitting out paved areas in each. The cottage is fully furnished and is in a quiet and out of way location, surrounded by fields and woodlands.
