Quiet crescent. Use of fitness equipment if desired. Breakfast served at window table:fruit/yog/cer/toast/t&c £1.50 p/p2 to cover cost.Wifi fine for youtube/tv despite 1 recent review. Room is private NOT shared. Please ignore 1 recent review said smelly. Its not true. That was intentional injurious comment.

Clepington Victorian Villa

We are a creative family offering comfortable accommodation in our home, built in the 1870s with period features and beautiful original ornate Victorian cornice decoration. You have a large light 32 sq meter room that has a very comfy double bed and a double sofa bed. There is a table and chairs in large bay window where you can have breakfast and/or use as a working space .There is off road parking at back of property and we are well located for golfing in Carnoustie or St Andrews.
