Set right by the beach in Broughty Ferry, Castle Beach is a 3 storey Victorian villa of immense character. ‘The Ferry’ is on the East Coast of Scotland, on the outskirts of Dundee. Broughty Ferry esplanade is a lovely walk. Along the beachfront you will find a Broughty castle to explore as well as several parks/green spaces and a nature reserve. Water sports are popular too with lessons available. There are plenty of spots to watch the dolphins and a boat trip if you’d like to get closer.

We’re right in the centre, very close to the university and parking facilities. Very close to the bus station and 5-7 mins walk from the train station this really is the ideal.

This newly refurbished, self-contained flat with front and back door access is located in Broughty Ferry - a 50 yard walk from the banks of the gorgeous River Tay. In the beautiful garden you have a table and chairs with parasol cover to enjoy some alfresco drinks and dining.

Here is my unique space. The house is modern and very spacious. Large marble dining table in the kitchen seats 6. King size tv also in the kitchen area. Super king size bed in the master bedroom and king size bed in the double bedroom. Living area is very comfortable and spacious my. You will have access to the spa cave (out house) where you can wind down and use the hot tub and sauna, there is a king size bed and a lazy boy to chill out on.
