The bathroom has a walk-in shower, large vanity mirror, & all the needed bathroom accessories. Full kitchenette w/ microwave, dual burner, air fryer, tea kettle, coffee maker, & more. Owner lives on property.

Dunedin Suite East is modern and spacious with a full kitchen and private patio area out back. You will find it clean, comfortable, and convenient staying here. The suite is a 15 minute drive to Honeymoon Island and Clearwater Beach, ranked some of the nicest beaches in the world. Beach supplies are included. You can rent bikes and bike the Pinellas Trail. The Pinellas Trail, Blue Jays Stadium and Main St with tons of restaurants, breweries, art, and shops are all in walking distance.

Inside you’ll find quality furnishings and attention to detail throughout. We are centrally located to both Tampa and St. Pete. Our award winning white sandy beaches are a short drive from the unit. Steps from your door you’ll find shopping breweries and dining options to please just about all. This unit is above a Pub/Bar, noise may be an issue.

This Airbnb offers a unique experience to stay at a mom and pop style retro motel. The property has total of 10 airbnb’s. There is no lobby for the guests, however we do list for rent the owner suit with front desk on airbnb as well. You can find it under “Seaside Artisan Motel Owner Suit”. This Airbnb is walking distance from the restaurants, shops and bars in Dunedin. It’s about 4 miles away from Honeymoon Island and about 6 miles from Clearwater Beach.
