Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a family shower room. Centrally located between Belfast and The Causeway Coast, this unique property is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area.

The Annex is situated in the countryside enjoying the peace and tranquility of the countryside and yet only 5 mins by car into Cookstown. Cookstown is in the centre of Northern Ireland and is easily accessible from all parts of the country. We are beside the Cookstown 100 road race.Local attractions are killymoon golf course,Lough fea, wellbrook beetling mill,Davagh Forrest mountain bike trials. We are approx one hour drive from the north coast,international airport and ferry terminals.

Flowerhill Cottage

Flowerhill Cottage is a 18th Century barn which has been sympathetically restored to an exceptional standard. In 2021 we have replaced the bathroom, installed new triple glazing and completed redecorated. The accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen/dining area, and living room with double sofa bed and a wood burning stove. The accommodation can be altered to suit the needs of any guest. Cots, high chairs etc can be provided upon request.

Kingarrow Loft 1st floor Apt. 1 Bed/Hot Tub/Sauna

NITB Approved Take it easy at this uniquely peaceful and tranquil getaway. Set in the heart of the Tyrone countryside in an AONB at the foot of the Sperrin Mountains. The Loft is set in the grounds of the family home with private parking and separate guest access. In the gardens there is a private Hot Tub and Finnish Sauna with Cold Plunge Pool, the Tub is included with your booking and the Sauna and Plunge Pool is available at an additional cost of £30 paid on arrival.

An Doras Bui offers stunning views in the idyllic Sperrins. Our hut is one of a kind and is situated to allow you the utmost privacy. Arrive in time to go back and forth between the firepit and hot tub. Wake in the morning to the abundant bird song.This is a country retreat to get away from it all. We are a convenient driving distance (<10 mins) to the nearest village. The whole area is brimming with activities and beauty not to be missed during your stay.

The Black Shack @ Bancran School

The Black Shack is a luxurious, detail-led Tiny House retreat, with a relaxed open plan living space that features soft leather sofas and a wood-burning stove... a genuine treat after a long day exploring the local area (when you're not unwinding in the private hot tub, that is!) The Black Shack is at the rear of Bancran School our family home and in a quiet area. This listing is for two guests however families with kids can contact us.
