Plenty of beds and rec room in the basement. Families welcome. Enjoy this relaxing home on lake Champlain. Detached 6th bedroom with private deck. In summer months we have a kayak, kids kayaks, paddle boards and other lake toys. Fire pit lakside! Charcoal grill and pellet smoker. Pool table, foosball, Netflix, cable and Hulu.

There’s a bar/ restaurant & supermarket across the street but only the Trout River & forest out back. Easy access to skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and a quick walk to a great swimming hole. One of a few places locally with access to fast internet (Gigabit). The house, now solar powered, sleeps 6-8 and is spacious, well insulated, and well furnished. 8 people + 2 infants max.

Enjoy a game of pool in the heated basement or warm up to the wood stove in the living room after a day of skiing. We are very excited to announce that we've added Starlink high speed internet for the 2023-2024 ski season.
