Childwall Cottage

Our lovingly restored and converted stone barn. Our aim is for guests to experience a historic and traditional Irish country home, while enjoying the comforts of modern living. We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

The Nissen hut, Unique & Stylish Beach Hut Retreat

Luxurious beachfront hideaway. A unique & cosy seaside Nissen hut with beach access. Ideal for quiet romantic breaks. Featured on the cover of Ireland’s Homes Interiors & living Magazine & Period Living, the Nissen Hut is the epitome of seaside chic. The lofty open-plan space includes a wood-burning stove, a Balinese style bathroom with rain shower, a stylish double bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The space has super fast fibre broadband. Pets are most welcome! (Must be house trained)

So much to do at Benvoy. Have a relaxing day - enjoy the gardens, wander down to the beach or enjoy a drive or cycle along the Copper Coast. We also offer driftwood and pallet wood classes Or - walk amongst the mountains, cycle the famous Waterford Greenway, play golf, windsurfing and much more. Feel like culture? Castles, guided walks around Waterford city, historical sites, beautiful gardens and much more. Tramore is 10 minutes, Waterford is 15 minutes away, Dungarvan 30 minutes.

Harbour Village, Dunmore East,

Situated just behind the main street of the town, in the landscaped Harbour Village,with Its central location, and elevated site, this exceptional house has panoramic sea views across the estuary to Hook Head, and is within short walking access to the Haven and other Hotels, restaurants and pubs of Dunmore East. The house is fully equipped and finished to a high standard, with solid oak joinery, stone worktops, and all the electrical equipment necessary for the enjoyment of your stay.

Seashore, a cozy seaside retreat.

Nestled in the heart of the scenic Hook Peninsula, our home is a cherished gem steeped in memories of wonderful family holidays. Once a humble fisherman's terraced house, it has been lovingly renovated to blend charm with modern comforts. This cozy house is suitable for families with stair guards, highchair and a playground close by. Just a two minute stroll brings you to Duncannon's famed long beach and when you work up an appetite there are a choice of pubs, restaurants and cafes.

The Studio in the Sky

From artist studio to guest house, this little building is an ongoing project, with so much to offer. Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Downhill from here lies Kilcash village, pub, church, more forestry and the ruins of an old castle

"Stable Cottage"

"Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.

Fardy's Cottage

Fardy's Cottage offers a light and spacious base from which to explore Ireland's southeast. Situated less than 100m from an estuary the location is a bounty for nature enthusiasts. The cottage sleeps six including master bedroom with en-suite. Also included are WIFI, TV/DVD player and wood burning stove. The Hook Peninsula boasts some of the best beaches in the country, all within a 5-10 minute drive. Visits to The Hook lighthouse and Tintern Abbey are not to be missed!

Hawes Barn - 200 Year Old Cottage

Set within the Croc An Oir Estate (translated as Crock of Gold) and tucked away down a leafy boreen, this beautifully restored, converted stone barn offers a truly relaxing holiday where hospitality and a traditional Irish experience is offered in abundance. Croc an Oir is a romantic retreat for a couple, and traditional features include a cosy woodburner, a half door, arched windows and a delightful loft style bedroom. There is also a private courtyard and garden.

Faithlegg, Country Cottage

A cozy renovated 200 year old cottage. Situated down a country lane. Suitable for two adults and a dog. There is a fee for the dog. Easy access to beaches, walks and Waterford city provided you have a car. Public transport is not easily accessible to or from our cottage. Taxis are fine. The cottage is annexed to the main house. It includes a bedroom, shower room, kitchen and breakfast room. The breakfast room looks out onto your own small private garden.

Wren's Nest delightful off-grid nature cabin

Wren's Nest is a unique off grid retreat nestled among the trees at the back of our wild cottage garden. It is the ideal place to relax with a book and enjoy the many small birds and wild plants that share the space. It is a great base for walkers and cyclists to explore the surrounding pretty villages and beyond. What better way to spend an evening than to cook in the out door kitchen and dine under the stars.
