The entire upstairs is a large master bedroom with views of the river and a sitting room with a pull out couch. The 2nd bedroom is on the main floor. 2 bathrooms. San Miguel River Get-Away - Easy Drive toTelluride

I love this "Down Valley " area of Telluride. It is a 17 minutes drive up river to downtown Telluride. Our riverfront deck sits right on the San Miguel. If you leave your bedroom window open you can hear it all night long. Being at 7500 feet, Fall Creek, is also nicer if you want an easy altitude adjustment! The unit modernly decorated with 900 generous square feet for two persons.
