Within walking distance you find supermarkets, restaurants, pubs as well as green areas which invite to relax in summer. If it's cold outside, my living room is directly located towards the sun. My apartment is on a very big street only some 100 Meters away from the central train station and the downtown in Düsseldorf. There are lots of places to eat food of different cultures and lots of shops to explore nearby.
