An 18 hole golf course runs through the community. Few minutes walk to the Highway 6 bus stop. The bus is free. Five minute drive to Beaver Creek and 10 min to Vail.

To keep the place to its intended quietude and spaciousness, the max occupancy is for 2 guests ONLY.
