A safe & pleasant neighbourhood with super fast access to the city centre. Small but perfectly formed accommodation with living area, mini kitchen & double bedroom with en suite at the top of a feature spiral staircase.

Self-contained private annex with lounge/small food prep area and separate bedroom wirh en suite/electric shower and walk-in cupboard. Lounge has ethernet/ WiFi and 43” 4K Smart TV with Netflix. Coffee machine/milk frother, fridge, microwave, toaster, portable hob and kettle. Tea/coffee, porridge and cereal provided. Snacks left on arrival - pastry/ biscuits, fruit and dairy items.
