The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

The double bedroom provides a cosy space complete with large comfortable bed for the perfect nights sleep.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. A new custom-built cottage with Air Conditioning, Oak furniture, a new Oak bed and kitchen, and a great bathroom. We finished building in June 2022, so be one of the first to enjoy it. It is an EPC A-rated eco-build. In a secluded orchard accessible by a country lane with minimal passing traffic, a tranquil, peaceful location. Have a walk to the South Common (5min), Boultham Park(15m) or the city centre(25m) and finish your day in front of the fire pit.
