The Hayloft at Bainton - 2 bedroom cottage.

The Hayloft provides self catering holiday cottage accommodation fitted out to a high standard. The property is located in the pretty little village of Bainton situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds close to many tourist destinations such as Beverley, Hull, York and the east coast. The cottage has a private gravelled garden area with outdoor furniture, set within one acre of private land and includes off road parking. We welcome two well behaved dogs but they must not be left unattended.

Historic cottage, log-burning tub & village pub

Unwind in this beautifully restored Grade II listed, 17th Century farmers cottage with exposed beams, original ironwork, underfloor heating and a soothing log burning hot tub. Opposite you'll find a cosy, dog-friendly village pub with open fires. You’ll be 7 minutes away from artisanal food producers in the market town of Malton (known as Yorkshire's Food Capital) and ideally located for exploring the Yorkshire Wolds (2 miles), Howardian Hills (10 miles), York (17 miles) & Beaches (27 miles).

Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

The Annexe at St Magnus Lodge

A unique space for up to 4 guests located in the tranquil village of Bessingby. Spread across 2 main large rooms with original beamwork from the converted barn, The Annexe is situated in a beautiful, secluded location, whilst being a stone’s throw from local beaches, walks, attractions and wildlife. The Pump House @ Pockthorpe

The Pump House is nestled within the Ancient village of Pockthorpe in the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire. It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat or a fun-filled getaway, The Pump House offers a haven for relaxation or as a base to explore the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds and amazing coastline.

A beautiful and welcoming cottage situated in the small village of Seaton, East Yorkshire, 5 minutes from the seaside town of Hornsea. The cottage is a perfect retreat for a couple wishing to explore the wonderful East Yorkshire Coast or just looking for a relaxing break. There is a kitchen, dining / living room with a log burner, 1 bedroom with a comfy double bed, 1 bathroom and a private patio area, all accessible on one floor. Up to 2 well behaved four legged friends are welcome.

Cottage offers kitchen with a fridge which has a small freezer section, dishwasher, washing machine, cooking accessories, tea & coffee, dining table & chairs for four. Living area with comfortable seating & TV. Bedroom has a king size bed, space for single bed (upon request) and space for a cot (cots not provided). Bathroom with walk in shower & separate bath. Parking available on site.

Spacious 3 bedroom cottage available as a whole separate property. Off road parking, small garden. Ideal for families with main bedroom with super king bed, another room with 2 single beds sharing family bathroom, walk in shower. Downstairs is a double room with adjacent shower room. Situated in the village just off the road overlooking our family farm. Dogs are welcome - just let us know. Opportunity to visit the horses by arrangement including mares & foals in the summer.

Wonky Wilma of Railway Terrace

Wilma is a pet-friendly, mid-terrace, two-bedroom house which sleeps four, or six including the sofa bed. The house is situated less than a minute’s walk from the historic market town’s train station and only a two-minute walk from the town centre. Here you will find a fabulous selection of shops, bars and restaurants, as well as Beverley Minster, Beverley Racecourse and Beverley’s beautiful Westwood pastures.
