This newly renovated holiday home nods towards its Victorian history in its decor and modern comfort in its amenities. With it's two en-suite double bedrooms, spacious dining area, well equipped kitchen, and cosy snug this is the ideal get away for couples, friends, and families (7 years plus). The property is situated in the Groves and is a 15 minute walk from York Minster. For guests staying between the 1st December and the 6th January the property will be seasonally decorated.

This is our charming little townhouse in Hull. It’s in the Dukeries area just off the bustling Prince’s Avenue, which has cafes, bars and independent shops. We’re five minutes’ drive from the town centre in one direction, and five minutes from both the university and the KC stadium in another. There is free on-street parking outside. Inside there is ample space for a family or two couples, with a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and two guest bedrooms.

107 Nunnery Lane is a stylish, pet friendly townhouse with a courtyard & basement cinema. It sleeps 5 but an additional z-bed can be requested for a 6th person (£30 fee per stay). Parking is available and we're very close to the station. 107 is located off ‘Bishy Road’ (voted Britain’s best high street) with independent shops, pubs, cafes & delis. You can also rent 109 Nunnery Lane allowing bookings of up to 12. Additional £30 charge for dogs.
