My house is located in a quiet area of Tean, away from main roads, with the front overlooking a river and countryside. It is 6.6m from Alton Towers, and close to Uttoxeter Race Course, JCB and The Potteries. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, dining area, guest lounge, garden and front balcony. 3 private parking spaces to the rear of the property, and free visitor car park also on site. A larger en-suite bedroom is also available to book, with a TV and drink making facilities.

One spacious en-suite bedroom within a stone farmhouse in annexe with own entrance - situated in a village on the Staffordshire Way. Easy access to Alton Towers, JCB Rocester, Peak District, Derbyshire Dales, Ashbourne and Uttoxeter. The Duncombe Arms is within walking distance. Use of breakfast room, fridge and microwave.
