The Dairy is situated on our 9 acre small-holding. Home to us and our animals. Situated on the edge of Alton village, 2 miles from Alton Towers. The Dairy has a large open plan living, cooking and area plus 2 separate double bedrooms and bathroom. Our Hot tub is available to hire for at an additional fee (this doesn’t have jets). It has a private south facing garden plus access to the adjoining field. Views of the fields, Dimmingsdale and the Churnet Valley. Outdoor seating with BBQ.

The property is located within 3 miles of Alton Towers, yet is set in a beautiful rural location with lovely panoramic views and a delightful garden in which to relax. A very quiet location accessed by means of a single track road. There is plenty of off-road parking and outside seating space to chill and unwind after a hectic day. We are situated near to the Peak District, on the Staffordshire/Derbyshire boarder. Near to Uttoxeter, Ashbourne, Alton Towers and in easy reach of Chatsworth and Dovedale. The area offers a wide range of places to visit and things to do.

Latham Hall Farmhouse, Ashbourne

Latham Hall is a large 19th century farmhouse located near the hamlet of Calton on the South West edge of the Peak District National Park, close to Dovedale, Ilam and the Manifold Valley. The possibilities for walking and cycling in this area are magnificent. The farmhouse stands a few hundred yards from the main Leek - Ashbourne road, the A52, so is easily accessible, yet it is also close to many of the main attractions of the area.
