Caburn Cabin is in Firle Village in the South Downs national park. Our spacious timber cabin sleeps up to four people. It has a warm rustic charm whilst being fully equipped with modern facilities. There is a rear private deck with seating. Ideal for romantic escapes or active holidays. Enjoy the outdoors by foot & bike direct from the cabin. The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

Unique Stay on ‘Betty’ a fabulous converted DOUBLE DECKER BUS! Unwind in the rooftop Hot Tub after a day of wandering the Bluebell Woods, playing Crazy Golf on site, exploring the nearby Ashdown Forest or the local Vineyard for Wine Tasting or enjoying the onsite Ice Cream parlour. Betty boasts a super comfy double bed downstairs and European sized bunks up top! Heating upstairs & Down, as well as heated blankets during colder months to keep it nice and cozy. In spring, enjoy the woodland with bluebells and delicate flowers; summer brings long golden evenings over the lake, and autumn paints the trees in rich, vibrant colours. Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

Don't forget to book your breakfast basket and logs for your fire pit! You can also enjoy our enchanting 6 acre woodland and stream. It's the perfect place to make camps and have adventures!

The Cart Lodge a cosy rural hideaway

Situated in a secluded part of our 16th century farm, this detached, south facing cart barn has been converted to a very high standard. In an ideal location overlooking a large duck pond and with distant views to the South Downs. It is a great base for walking the Wealdway or cycling the Cuckoo Trail. Places to explore include Lewes and Eastbourne, 9 miles. Glyndebourne 6 miles. An excellent pub and restaurant is within a ten minute walk along country footpaths. The village shop 2 miles.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Stylishly fitted and eco-friendly, our detached, self-contained cottage is in a very rural location. There are no other holiday cottages on the farm. Situated in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on a sheep farm of 23 acres (which you are free to roam), this is a real get-away-from-it-all location. One of the most peaceful and relaxing places you will ever stay. With underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove you will be cosy whatever the weather.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
