Quiet relaxing private granny flat Tamworth area

A farm setting 20 mins from Tamworth. A quiet and comfortable flat with private facilities. King bed with own bathroom and kitchenette. Separate entrance with access to beautiful verandah views of the peaceful countryside. Pets are most welcome, there is a run for dogs and a crate available if needed. It is important if they are free in the flat that they are house trained and do not get on or in the bed. When first arriving or walking around the farm they need initially to be on a lead.

Our home is located in a quiet street in East Tamworth and has just been completely renovated to provide a modern, stylish and comfortable retreat. Four generous bedrooms, all with built in robes, accommodate 2 guests each with 3 Queen and 1 Double bed. The master has a walk in robe with en-suite. There is a large lounge room as well as a second sitting room and a separate dining area. There is also a large undercover outdoor area with a BBQ and off street undercover parking for 2 cars.

The North Stay has 3 x bedrooms with 1 x queen size bed in 2 rooms and 1 x double size bed in 1 room .all rooms has air conditioners same as the lounge room. all beds , mattresses , linens, pillows and lounge are brand new purchased in January 2024.

One bedroom studio situated on a beautiful 100 acre property just 15km from the centre of Tamworth. Being only 7 minutes from the ALEC also available is a undercover stables, holding pens and round yards if you would like to bring your horse for an extra fee of $20/night.
