It dates from the early 19th century and was lovingly restored in 2019. The Boskins provides luxury 2 bedroom accommodation. Both bedrooms can be used as doubles or twins making the Boskins the perfect setting for families or groups of friends. A traditionally built Shepherds Hut that sleeps two people. Life inside the shepherds hut is compact, but you have a beautiful en-suite, with shower. A fixed double bed. A small kitchen area, with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a tv and wood burning stove to keep you toasty and warm. Private garden, with chiminea, covered gas BBQ area. There are two pubs in the village that serve good food and both are in walking distance. Pets fee is £5 pn per pet. Parking for 1 car.

The studio is situated at the rear of a Victorian terrace within the owners garden. There is an outdoor flagged area for guests with sheltered seating for 2. There is a permit parking space at the front of the cottage. Several early morning opening cafes are close by and Marks and Spencers Simply food is just around the corner.

Cottage comes with parking for a small car and small open outside space. One small well behaved dog is welcome. Strictly no candles, smoking or vaping policy.

This space is peaceful and relaxing with views from the caravan site of green hills and sheep! A handy location, near to Bolton Abbey, Ilkley and Skipton. It is perfect for walking, cycling, exploring the local area or to just simply relax. To keep you warm and cosy there is a wood burner and a radiator in the hut. Private parking next to the hut

Swallows Nest was newly opened in Oct '22 and renovated to a very high standard. It is nestled in the quiet hamlet of Thorlby, just a short distance from the market town of Skipton in the Yorkshire Dales. Come and take in the stunning views on your doorstep, watch the many garden birds visiting the feeder as you sit and have your morning coffee on the patio. The only thing you can hear is 'quiet'. The hardest thing you will have to do is decide what you want to see or do.
