Set within a stunning Grade II listed farmstead, just 50 metres from the edge of the North York Moors National Park & with easy access of coastal walks, beaches & market towns including Whitby, Pickering, Filey, Cayton & Malton. Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

Located in Easby Hall (once a retreat for the clergy), this bright and modern first floor apartment makes a comfortable base for your Scarborough get away. It's a short walk to shops and amenities, the famous Esplanade and the newly renovated South Cliff gardens (and Cliff lift) leading down to the beach. Each window has views directly over the church and catch the evening sun perfectly. Lift access available (please note that the building is accessed via steps). No pets allowed in the building.

The property is the ground floor flat in a Victorian Townhouse. You’ll love my place because of the location and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families with smaller kids, and furry friends (pets). CANNOT SLEEP 4 ADULTS, only 2 Adults and 2 Children / Teenagers.
