A romantic historic tower for 2

The Summerhouse Tower is a very special holiday-home-for-two set within the rolling Shropshire countryside. A Grade II listed tower, this unique, romantic retreat enjoys excellent views to the east, and views of the Shropshire Hills to the south and the west. The Tower, built circa 1607, was originally used as a banqueting house for entertaining dinner guests. Whilst the main house was destroyed by a fire, The Summer House is available for cosy stays throughout the year.

Architect-designed timber cabin on the Shropshire Union Canal. Quiet, secluded, dogs welcome. Set in 0.2 acres of private garden on a working farm, with the canal towpath at the bottom of the plot. You can find the Monocoque Cabin online as well 😉 I designed and built it with friends, inspired by the laminated plywood construction of the WW2 De Havilland Mosquito. 🏆 Airbnb OMG!
