The Bull Pen at Home Farm.

'The Bull Pen' is a beautifully appointed self catering barn conversion situated on a working livestock and arable farm in the heart of rural Staffordshire, central England. The village of Woodseaves, with pub, shop and post office, is within easy walking distance.Attractions such as Alton Towers, Wedgewood, Ironbridge and National Memorial Arboretum are within an hour's drive, as are Manchester and Birmingham airports. Outdoor studio flat with parking

The studio is located just off the high street with bars and restaurants a few mins walk away. However it is secluded and quiet. 30 degree heating available should it be required! !There is parking outside the front door overnight, outdoor seating area. Fully equipped kitchen, washer drier, 48 in TV Sky Q with movies and sky sports, Netflix and Disney plus, coffee machine, DVD player. All bedding and towels provided along with tea coffee, sugar and condiments, cooking oil, washing liquids etc

A delightful loft conversion in Albrighton

The Loft is a conversion, which has been done to a very high standard, just on the outskirts of Albrighton. It has private parking and entrance. Also access to an EV charger, additional cost. Located by David Austin Roses, one of the leading rose breeders in the world. The RAF museum at Cosford is just a 5 minute drive away. Also within easy reach is Ironbridge and the Shropshire hills. The room can be setup as a twin or a large double. It also has a small fridge, with freezer compartment.

The Stables

1 bedroom open plan annexe on a small equestrian property In a quiet village in Ashley, Shropshire with miles and miles of public footpaths in woods, Burntwood and bishops wood! Perfect for dog walks. The annexe is in a very short walking distance to a local dog friendly pub which also serve Thai food and within another 10 minute walk is another dog friendly pub who serve English pub grub.Located only 30 minutes from Shrewsbury and 45 minutes from Alton towers. Dogs £5 extra per dog.

Enchmarsh Farm barn

Small barn in the midst of a working Dairy and sheep farm right next to our home with fabulous walks all around. Double bed with small shower room and mini kitchen area in the corner of the room. Ideal as walking base or base when working in the area. Good parking just outside the barn - vehicles can be left whilst you walk the glorious hills around. Cooked breakfast available in the dining room in the farmhouse for £10 per person - includes the choice of sausage, bacon, eggs etc.

Charming Waterfront Cabin 1 + Outdoor bath

Follow the track and you'll be able to find your own rustic slice of heaven. Kick back and relax in one of our calm and tranquil waterfront cabins. You'll find the cabin over looking a lake, stocked with Trout and Carp. A fully equipped kitchen, king sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom room with a large waterfall shower. Why not watch the sun go down from the comfort of the outdoor bath tub? And bring the dog along too, plenty of great walks for them and yourselves to enjoy.

Little Elm

Little Elm is set in the heart of the Staffordshire countryside and has a large private and secure enclosed garden with seating. First floor lounge with oak floorboards and uninterrupted country views. Ground floor wet room with slip resistant tiles and Infra red sauna. Large ground floor bedroom with fitted wardrobe. We provide a light breakfast. The kitchen has toaster, kettle ,microwave, 3.8l air fryer, double electric hob and fridge Cooked breakfast by prior arrangement.

Penny Black Cottage

A refurbished, thoroughly stylish and historically important building in the heart of the Ironbridge Gorge Unesco World Heritage Site. Ideal for romantic getaways, business trips, family holidays and walking breaks. With a stylish and sociable kitchen, sumptuous and comfortable beds, luxury ensuite bathrooms, cosy sitting room with log burner and Netflix, and its own private courtyard - Penny Black Cottage will not disappoint even the most discerning traveller.

Luxury Glamping Pod (The Beeches, Market Drayton)

Orchard Cottage Rural Retreats is home to two luxury Glamping Pods, The Laurels and The Beeches (Dog Friendly Pod) – situated in Pell Wall just a short drive or walk from the Market town of Market Drayton. Next-door to our site we have a Secure Dog Exercise Area ‘The Dogs Paddocks’ available for private hire we also have many lovely walks on the doorstep and a traditional pub The Four Alls inn at the end of the drive. The Hayloft - Easy access to Alton Towers and Peak

A pair of self contained self catering cottages within a converted barn. They can be rented individually or together so are an ideal central location in UK for family get-togethers & exploring. Peaceful rural setting, but with easy access to Alton Towers and the Peak District . They have been assessed by Visit Britain as 4 star accommodation. BBQ and outdoor seating with access to a paddock. Pet friendly.

The Annex

We are situated just outside the picturesque village of Bagnall. We are a 25 minute drive from Alton Towers, 20 minutes from the market town of Leek and 20 minutes from the Potteries. The annex is a self contained building standing next to our home. It has a fully equipped kitchen complete with a washing machine. We have a number of animals sharing our lives, most of whom are very happy to welcome visitors.
