Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". We hope that a stay at the Temple will deliver this experience and stay true to this vision.

Our lovely mews house is on a cobbled street in the centre of the city, just behind Picardy Place & York Place. It's a new build property, beautifully finished in an eclectic modern style with high quality furnishings. Each bedroom is on its own floor with its own shower room. The lower ground floor bedroom has patio doors opening out onto the house's peaceful patio garden space. The lounge, kitchen & diner are on the first floor, which is a beautiful light space with mezzanine. A rare property.

The stylish property has its own main entrance, is arranged over 2 floors with its own private rear garden and 2 sunny balconies making it a truly unique place to stay.

Our stylish lower ground floor apartment is part of a historic Georgian town house. It has its own main door entrance and a shared outdoor heated patio area. It is a 10 minute walk from Waverley Railway Station and adjacent to the airport tram link. Situated just off vibrant Leith Walk, it is close to the new St James Quarter and all of the attractions of Edinburgh's Old and New Town. It is overlooked by the beautiful Calton Hill where you can enjoy fantastic panoramic views of the city.

Across the square is Glenogle Baths with a gym, sauna and swimming pool.

Beautifully furnished one-bedroom guest suite in a central, but quiet, location and within walking distance of most tourist attractions - also a good bus service is nearby. The guest suite is a real home from home - comfortable for up to three people. It is part of my home but is a private space. As I live in the same building, I am available if you need help or advice. PARKING: you MUST let me know if you plan to bring a car BEFORE booking. The available parking won't suit everyone.
