To keep the place to its intended quietude and spaciousness, the max occupancy is for 2 guests ONLY. Please note : during winter season ie when the mountain opens till closing day , there is a 4 night minimum stay. Summer time is 3 nights minimum. (June-Sep)

The apartment is located on the lower level of our home and is completely private. It has a queen bed in the bedroom and a very comfortable sofa in the living room. It also includes a fully-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and a Cuisinart coffee maker. Mountain views visible from the living room and we are only eight minutes away from Beaver Creek! Two dogs live upstairs so best to be pet friendly.
