Er zijn er diverse wandelroutes en fietsroutes, fietsen door de bomen en in het water. Fietsen kunnen in een gesloten ruimte.

Met een eigen ingang, volledige privacy en een volledig uitgeruste keuken bieden we een warm, huiselijk verblijf. Parkeren kan betaald voor de deur, buiten de ring gratis. Ons fijne appartement bevindt zich op 10 minuten van het centrum van Roermond en outletcentrum en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het beschikt over een ruime slaapkamer met Norma boxspring bedden, een luxe badkamer (incl. wasmachine) en zonnige woonkamer met open keuken voorzien van alle apparatuur. Ook een supermarkt, bakker, eetgelegenheden, kroeg en jachthaven liggen allemaal in een straal van 100 meter verwijderd. Ook geschikt voor zakelijk verblijf met een prima wifiverbinding.

Cosy B&B with garden view (private unit).

Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. You'll find all facilities (private bathroom, kitchinette, upstairs bedroom) and can open the French doors to enjoy the (shared) garden. Don't forget to light up one of the (gas)fireplaces (indoor&out), lovely for quiet nights. BREAKFAST IS POSSIBLE AT EXTRA COSTS. Questions? Just let us know...

Swimming and water sports are plenty possible. The lake is located in a nature reserve where cycling and hiking trails are not lacking. Would you like to shop or sniff culture, Den Bosch, Venlo and Nijmegen are just around the corner. The apartment is fully furnished. Coffee/tea facilities included.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a completely renovated and well-kept townhouse build in 1921. All privately yours. The apartment is located opposite a cosy and lively town square with several restaurants. The health, safety and well-being of my guests is a top priority.

Toplocaties zoals Kleine Berg, Wilhelminaplein en Stratumseind zijn op zo’n 500 meter te bereiken.

The train station and the city center are about a 25-30 minutes walking distance, 15 minutes by bus and 12 minutes by bike.

Vanuit deze perfect gelegen thuisbasis ligt alles binnen handbereik. Binnen ongeveer 25 minuten lopen bent u in het stadscentrum, op het hippe Strijp-S of in een groen park. Terrasjes, gezellige eetgelegenheden en winkels zijn vlakbij. Terwijl alles zo dichtbij is, is de straat toch rustig met vrijwel alleen bestemmingsverkeer.
