Redwood Sanctuary is located in the idyllic Oakland Hills with beautiful vistas, hikes, and parks within a short drive. The home is situated on half an acre of land in the middle of redwood, eucalyptus, and oak trees secluded away from other homes. Montclair village is an 8 minute drive, providing lots of great food and shops. Minutes from Highway 13 and 580. It is a 1 bedroom studio with a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. One of the two private entrances opens into a lush garden with wisteria-draped pergola and multiple (shared) seating areas and paths.

This cottage was built with the needs of our guests in mind, including in-unit private laundry. The cottage is located steps from an array of Albany/Berkeley culinary culture, cafes, shops, and markets.

Our "Backhouse Retreat" is a cozy little studio with a whole lotta charm. We are located in the quiet, safe and centrally located Richmond Annex. A neighborhood offering easy access to all of what the Bay Area has to offer. Red Cedar lined walls, a full kitchen, memory foam bed, private outdoor patio, free WiiFi and a Smart TV are just a few of the perks. We are located less than a mile away and will give you your privacy, but will be available upon request!

There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property. The place is nestled in a garden setting . The cottage is stand alone and is not shared . The bathroom is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant, it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street and are fantastic, spreading over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. We do have WiFi ;)
