Situated right along the famous Wild Atlantic Way just 2km outside of Ballyshannon we welcome you to Basecamp Knader. Surrounded by forests, lakes, meadows and mountains, steeped in history and close to some of Ireland's finest beaches our wee homestead is the perfect place to get away without having to go too far. Stay with us and clock out from the hectic daily life, lay back, relax your mind, refresh your spirit, rewild your soul and dream about the great plains in our Native American Tipi:)

Bell Tent with river views

Off gird, self catered 6 meter bell tent on St Winnow campsite. A chance to enjoy the peaceful location by the river without having to bring your own tent. St Winnow campsite is a back to basics campsite located within an apple orchard right on the banks of the River Fowey. Its part of a working farm and boat yard where camper numbers are kept low to maintain a quiet and relaxing atmosphere throughout the campsite. Its 3 miles from Lostwithiel which has all the local amenities you may need.

Farm stay in a large off-grid tipi

Want to be surrounded by nature? Listen to animal sounds? Eat quality food? You're in the right place! As this is off-grid, there is no running water at the tipi but an outdoor shower is free for all guests to use at the farm. We offer: drinking water from a fountain and a water tank by the outhouse. A solar battery with one outlet for phone charging. A compost toilet is a few feet away. 3 beds are available: 1 double and 2 singles. A firepit with a grill and lounging chairs are on site.

"The Abenaki" at Tipi Village

Experience sleeping in an authentic tipi in a unique, privately owned, small campground. Wake up and set off for an adventurous day of hiking or biking through the White Mountains, kayak or float the Pemigewasset River, spend it at one of the many attractions in the Lincoln/Woodstock area or just relax and read in the hammock surrounded by nature. In the evening walk or drive down the hill to downtown N. Woodstock to the many restaurants, breweries and shops for an enjoyable evening out!

Sharon Springs Tentaway

Enjoy the beautiful NY evenings and get away from it all with a campfire and tent under the stars. You’ll have a shower/toilet shed and campfire area to enjoy as well as the specious, 16’ tent and a gorgeous view! We are minutes from Sharon Springs and 25 minutes to Cooperstown. We have bedding, towels, blankets and pillows ! Feel free bring your favorite pillows! There is no drinking water provided ! Our goal is to provide you with all the necessities and a place to make memories.

Private Speyside Tipi | Whisky Barrel Hot Tub

Exclusive hosted tipi retreat in Moray’s whisky country at the end of a quiet farm track, surrounded by fields and northern skies. Ideal for small groups who value shared space and firelight. Includes a wood-heated whisky barrel hot tub (on request), cold plunge tub, outdoor kitchen and fire area. The retreat is entirely yours. A simple outdoor compost toilet is 5 metres from the tipi. A full bathroom is in the cottage (30 metres). Host lives on site and respects your privacy.

Simply Maple Farm Tipi

Off the beaten path, with no other campers nearby. Comes with 2 kayaks and you may rent more from local business. You may go up or down river easily and can fish from shore or from the kayaks. There are two adult life jackets also. There is a tipi at this site that you may choose to use. There is a fire ring, weber grill, charcoal, picnic table, benches, porta potty and garbage/recycle bins. Enjoy peace and quiet served daily at Simply Maple, with no other tents in sight!

Waterfront Tipi Glamping // Phoenix Landing

Majestic private waterfront Tipi * on a lake. Quiet nature oasis with hot tub, woodstove, firepit, modern grill, and all the essentials. Ice skate or xc-ski across the frozen lake and watch the bald eagles fly overhead, or relax in the Adirondack chairs in front of the bonfire while you make smores and cook dinner on the grill or over the open fire, then snuggle up inside the tipi while you listen to vintage vinyl and let the owls hoot you to sleep. *Tipi closed March-April.

Aurora StarView: Off-grid Luxury Glamping Tent

Aurora StarView is a pet-friendly, off-grid, private glamping tent with a queen bed and flip-out chair-bed for a third person. It is a 7-10 minute hike uphill from the main parking lot. We can help you with your luggage if you let us know in advance. Stargaze through the ceiling windows or close the roof curtain. Bedding, battery lanterns, towels provided. Coolers, ice packs, head lamps upon request. Open in summer and fall, with a tiny wood stove included during September.

Sea View Bell Tent by Croyde Beach

Sea-view bell tent overlooking Croyde Beach, set on a local family-owned and run campsite. The campsite has well-maintained facilities, with an on-site café serving street food and Sri Lankan dishes. Surf hire is also available on site. The beach is just a couple of minutes walk away, and Baggy Point is only five minutes in the other direction. Croyde’s bustling village can be reached in around 10 minutes via Moor Lane or a 15-minute walk along the beach.

Pine Hill Tepee

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars in this Tepee. Take a walk in nature on the trail we made, explore the public land close by or we have a bench set up to sit and listen to the birds & waterfall. (We do try to spray for mosquitos) bring your gear and Go fishing on one of the nearby lakes (36 within a six mile radius of Marcellus). We are located close to Swiss Valley ski resort, And the wedding/event venues Gable Hill and The Red Barns.

Wildlife Retreat & Sauna at Flower Farm

A wildlife retreat for true disconnection. We are a working, regenerative small flower farm and a dedicated sanctuary for local wildlife. If you want to escape the grid, swap screen time for birdsong, and immerse yourself entirely in a wild, natural ecosystem, our tents offer the perfect refuge. Come slow down, step into nature, and breathe :) Ideally located, 15 minutes from both North and South coasts. The perfect base for exploring Cornwall.
