This 1 bedroom cozy bungalow can sleep up to 4 with a queen pull out sofa. Located in the Heart of Yadkin Valley surrounded by Vineyards, Breweries, antique shopping. We would love to host you in this charming historic home, known to our family as "Grannie's House". It was built in 1905 by my great-grandparents, and later converted to a duplex. This listing is for one side of the duplex. There is a shared parking area with the permanent resident of the other side of the duplex, but otherwise this listing is completely private- no shared interiors.
