My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). I do have a 50.00 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs only. It is located just above the entrance to the Smoke Hole Canyon with great fishing, beautiful scenery along the paved country curvy road. You can drive through the canyon and come out on Rt 28 just below the Smoke Hole caverns and gift shop. Then continue to Seneca Rocks and hike the rocks or drive to Nelson Rocks for zip lining.

The Allegheny Highlands Trail is just 2 blocks from the front door and the river runs right by the house. Perfect location for hanging out by the campfire or just cuddling on the comfy couch.

CrossRoads Cottage B&B Wifi Available

CrossRoads Cottage, established in 2013, is a small cottage with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, tv room/bedroom and kitchen. Guests have the convenience of the entire house. Note: Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the cottage. Note: Price includes up to 4 guests at the cottage. Each additional guest will be $10 extra to accommodate for food, linens, and water useage. Note: There will be a $250 fee for smoking and/or pet violations

Wandering Creek Cottage ~no cleaning fee~

Get away to a fairytale like cottage in the woods. This adorable little home is built on a hillside next to a mountain creek. You will be able to enjoy relaxing on the screened in back porch that is high up in the trees. Listen to the sounds of the babbling brook, bird calls, and breath in the fresh air of the forest. The tin roof creates a cozy sound on rainy days while you can cuddle up on a comfy couch and nap or watch a favorite movie. Not to mention wonderful hiking trails all around!

The Riverside Retreat on the Shavers Fork

Bordering the Shaver Fork and Monongahela National Forest, the cottage is a relaxing retreat. It boasts two living areas-a bedroom and great room that can accommodate six people. Paths to hike, trails to bike and fish to catch. Seneca Rocks, diverse eateries, unusual shops, Blackwater Falls and Canaan State Parks, Dolly Sods, four ski resorts, Otter Creek, four excursion trains, a dinner music theatre, four festivals,and the National Radio Astronomy Observatory are all nearby.

"Trout & About" Cabin located in Bemis, WV is the perfect place to unplug & enjoy the Appalachian Mountains located just 50 ft off the banks of the Shavers Fork River. Come enjoy fishing, swimming, hiking to Mule Hole & take a train ride to High Falls. Drive over the hill to Glady you will find the walking & bike trails of the West Fork Rail Trail. Come disconnect and unwind while taking in the beautiful WV mountains and fresh air. Please note there is NO cell service in the area.

Stay in the masterfully crafted Lemuel Chenoweth homestead along the rippling Tygart river. Built in 1857, this 2nd floor suite offers antiques furnishings, a private entrance, master bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and mud room. It has a queen bed, dresser, large porch with views of the river, a clawfoot tub with shower, sink, toilet, and a well stocked farmhouse kitchenette with a double induction cook top, sink , fridge and more. We do not offer a TV. Near Elkins.

My home is very charming,quaint,cozy and clean!You will have the whole first floor (second floor is storage) to yourself complete with full Bathroom, BEDROOM, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room and fenced backyard for pets and WIFI. You are very close to local attractions and downtown dining and stores. If you have any complaints or issues please address them with me ASAP so they can be resolved and you can enjoy your stay.
