Sunnydene Country Park is located in the East Riding of Yorkshire amongst a mostly rural open area that broadly follows the northern bank of the River Humber. It is located approximately 12 miles west of the city of Hull, and close to the towns and villages of Brough, South Cave and Elloughton. The area retains its strong heritage and extensive historical connections.

Our beautiful period cottage is situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Welton, East Yorkshire. This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Hull, Beverly, historical York or exploring the vast Yorkshire Wolds. The beautiful Yorkshire coast is within an hour and a half’s drive. Filey, Bridlington, Whitby all fantastic seaside towns to explore. We have lovingly restored the cottage to the highest standards and hope you appreciate the beautiful items we have chosen.

Immediate access to countryside: Wetlands & parkland. 20 mins to Hull/Beverley. Apple Loft is light, airy & welcoming. Cosy cottage style. Enclosed outdoor sitting area. Roadside parking oppersite loft, in between houses. One small vwell behaved dog allowed, but no cats/others. Instant parkland dog walking.

The Tack Room - North Ferriby

The Tack Room is a charming property located at the heart of the lovely village North Ferriby. The property has recently been converted in 2024 to a high standard whilst being sympathetic to the character of the building. Ideally situated for travel being on the M62 corridor. The the local pub, cafe, Co-Op and Indian restaurant are just yards down the road. The train station is a 9minute walk, with countryside walks on the doorstep including the Yorkshire Wolds Way.

Picturesque 18th Century Cottage

An period 18th Century cottage with a lovely kitchen, a cosy living room and a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed. In addition there is a sofa bed in the living room, so this cottage can be occupied by 2-4 guests. The private and prettily planted courtyard has seating and a BBQ. Please note that as this is a period property the stairs to the upstairs bedroom are narrow and very steep and would sadly not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. In a peaceful part of the village but a stones throw from the fabulous cave castle hotel and gold club. A beautiful tearoom is nearby along with a 5 minute walk to the local shop. After a days exploring East Yorkshire horseshoe hosts a fabulous secluded hot tub . Please note this is a no smoking property Dogs not acceptable

Detached very private flat with its own entrance situated opposite award-winning park and leisure centre, in a peaceful location within a short walk to Barton upon Humbers town centre. This accommodation includes free off-road parking private kitchen with a dining area and a walk-in shower. (This flat can also accommodate a child if required there is a travel bed and bedding provided)

A fully furnished and self contained space, perfect for a couple. Alkborough offers some fantastic walks, cycle routes and excellent bird watching opportunities. Clean, friendly dogs are very welcome to stay too.
