This well presented traditional terrace property is located in the heart of Cosby Village overlooking the stunning little brook, South Leicestershire countryside. The property comprises of a downstairs living room with an electric fire, Sky Tv and Wireless internet, and a fully equiped kitchen diner. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with the option of a King Size bed or 2 x Single beds and large wardrobe, a single bedroom with 1 x single bed, clothes storage and an office desk, and a family bathroom with rain shower. There is an option to sleep a fourth Person on the downstairs sofa bed. PARKING There is FREE parking to the front of the property on a very quiet slip road, although you may have to give way to the ducks from time to time !!!
