Located 20 minutes drive north from Nelson city, a unique converted container studio unit sits on a rural 5 acre property beside the main house. It has it's own entrance off our shared driveway. Handy to Happy Valley Adventure Park and stunning Cable Bay - a 15 minute drive down the valley.

Soak in the spa pool, relax on a deck with a glass of wine, use the kayaks or paddleboard or put out a fishing rod just metres from your suite. This is Karma Waters Picton, A travellers haven very peaceful and walking distance to everything Picton has to offer. Your own private entrance leads guests into the bed and breakfast . Bedding configuration main private bedroom with a queen bed, and the lounge area has a leather fold out couch. Guests can relax on the outdoor furniture, and enjoy your own private patio with views. Off street parking right beside your accommodation. No cleaning fee, and Breakfast is included.

The studio has a small kitchenette and a modern compact ensuite. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for your stay, including free Wi-Fi and off-road parking. The stand-alone studio has its own entrance in a shared courtyard with the main house, situated on 2 hectares (5 acres) in a rural location 15-20 mins from downtown Nelson. We have cows, goats, chickens, a cat and a small aviary. You are welcome to explore the property and enjoy the views and birdlife.
