Ellergill House Barn is a Grade II Listed building in a scenic, rural location in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The barn has spectacular views all around. It dates from the early 19th century and was lovingly restored in 2019. The Boskins provides luxury 2 bedroom accommodation. Both bedrooms can be used as doubles or twins making the Boskins the perfect setting for families or groups of friends. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area leads out to a south facing terrace and garden.

Toll Bar House is a beautiful grade II listed cottage located in Gargrave on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. A traditionally built Shepherds Hut that sleeps two people. Life inside the shepherds hut is compact, but you have a beautiful en-suite, with shower. A fixed double bed. A small kitchen area, with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a tv and wood burning stove to keep you toasty and warm. Private garden, with chiminea, covered gas BBQ area. There are two pubs in the village that serve good food and both are in walking distance. Pets fee is £5 pn per pet. Parking for 1 car.

The 1855 Wash House is a studio cottage, located within a minutes walk from Skipton High Street. It is on one level apart from one step down into the kitchen. The studio is situated at the rear of a Victorian terrace within the owners garden. There is an outdoor flagged area for guests with sheltered seating for 2. There is a permit parking space at the front of the cottage. Several early morning opening cafes are close by and Marks and Spencers Simply food is just around the corner.

A great option if you are in the area to attend a wedding at one of the many beautiful venues in the area such as the Tithe Barn, which is less than 10 minutes away.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!
