Please note that we have 2 very friendly dogs that live in the main residence. They are NEVER allowed in the guest house, whether we have guests in residence or not. If you or your family has an allergy or is otherwise disinclined to be around dogs, it's quite easy for us to make sure that they are confined to areas where guests won't interact with them when they are coming, going or in the backyard. If not, and you'd like to meet our pooches, then "woof-woof," because they'd love to meet you!

Our house has a detached new unit at the backyard with a separate entrance. My brother and I are both professional workers, and mostly spend afternoons around the house. The main bed is a queen, the second is a twin day bed, accommodating 2 adults & 1 child/teen or 1 adult and 2 child/teen, or 2 adults and 2 child/teen, but only two beds. Pack/Play travel crib available upon request. 1pm - 6pm check in. Meticulously cleaned & filled with amenities! Walking distance grocery store & eateries. Universal is 7.5 miles away. We live 2 stair flights below. Walk to restaurants, shops, SO Galleria. Beautiful views out every window. Quiet, safe, lovely neighborhood. Water is filtered and drinkable from the tap. You controls heat and air conditioning. Loft above living room, accessible for yoga or meditation.

This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.
