Få minutters gang til både Metro og tog, skøn by Park, Carlsberg Byen og Istedgade/Sønder Bouldevard. Med metro kun ét stop til Københavns Hovedbanegård og to stop til Rådhuspladsen. Lejligheden har stort køkkenalrum, rummeligt soveværelse med latex kvalitetsmadras, stor og hyggelig altan + fælles gårdhave. Fint privat toilet og fint privat badeværelse med brusekabine. Børn ikke tilladt.

Central station if merely a 15 minute walk, or the nearest metro is just a few minutes walk away. This is my full time home and I rent out when on vacation. It is fully functional.
