Liebe Gäste Wenn ihr eine Unterkunft auf eurer Reiseetappe oder einen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Motorradtouren oder Radtouren in erholsamer Atmosphäre sucht, dann freue ich mich euch begrüßen zu dürfen. Euch erwartet ein gemütliches, ca. 25 qm großes Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer. Im Garten steht euch eine kleine Küche zur Verfügung. Mosel 15 km , Hängeseilbrücke Geierlay 20 km. Es gibt viele Traumschleifen in unserer Gegend, die zum Erwandern einladen. Ich freue mich auf euren Besuch 😊

Von hier aus liegen alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Wanderwege der Mosel in greifbarer Nähe. Die für die Mittelmosel typische Weinkultur lässt sich durch zahlreiche Angebote und Veranstaltungen in all seinen Facetten erleben. Ob Fahrradtour, Wanderausflüge, Schifffahrten, Weinproben, Weinfeste oder einfach zum Entspannen. Wir freuen uns auf Euch. =)

You can't get closer to the Moselle! Renovated apartment in the heart of the Middle Moselle. On the large terrace, the Moselle is within arm's reach and thus almost unique. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, oven, and more. Private high-speed internet, a television with streaming services, are available. In addition to the shower, the bathroom also features a bathtub. You can enjoy the view of the Moselle from the box spring bed.

The studio is located at the back of the house, one floor below the main street - so you have to go down 12 steps. Because the bathroom and toilet are small, we recommend overweight or very tall people to read the description carefully and see all the pictures.

Enjoy a delicious drink on the terrace with a beautiful view over the Moselle Valley. There are numerous beautiful hiking and biking routes, and the Erdener Treppchen is highly recommended for experienced hikers. Also, visit the many wineries and taste the local cuisine.

Sowohl über das Wohnzimmer als auch das Schlafzimmer können Sie auf die große Terrasse. Machen Sie es sich hier gemütlich und genießen den Ausblick. Die Küche ist neu und bietet Ihnen alles, was Sie brauchen. Kaffee steht unbegrenzt zur Verfügung.

Koblenz und die Mosel maximal eine halbe Stunde Autofahrt entfernt.

Vineyard - Top floor apartment at the Wine Quarter

The Wine Quarter was built in 1937 by a family of winegrowers and was thus characterized by viticulture. Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years. Now we hope that you enjoy and experience the Mosel wine region in Pünderich, one of the charming places at the Middle Mosel.

Access is from the car park through the garden via an external staircase. On sunny days, the small balcony and garden invites you to linger outdoors or for a leisurely barbecue.
