We offer the perfect accommodation for those hoping to experience peace,tranquility and to spend quality time. Our location allows for easy access to Kilkenny City , Cashel and all of the sunny south east. The house is located approx 1.5 hours from Dublin Airport. There is lots to see and explore including nearby historical sights, forest hiking trails with wildlife in abundance.

Tom Rocky’s Farmyard

This old farmyard has undergone a beautiful restoration. The open space & scenery all around here is stunning, with the Devils Bit mountain as a backdrop. It is a really peaceful spot. There is a large, enclosed yard space and an open shed area with lights & seats, and a roofed kids play area. The old market town of Templemore is a 4 min drive, boasting a beautiful town park with woodland walks & a lake. We are just 12 mins drive from Exits 22 or 23 on the M7 Dublin-Limerick motorway.

Striking Tipperary Farmhouse

Our 100 year old farmhouse set in green pasture and attractive private gardens has all modern conveniences including an induction hob,DW, electric fan oven air fryer, MW, and a cosy log stove for comfort and warmth. Close to Thurles and yet secluded and private. The setting is tranquil with nature and local woods where one may walk between the trees and reset. We respectfully request that guests take off their shoes in the back lobby when entering the house and use socks or slippers .

Charming 15th Century Castle

Built in the late 1400s, Grantstown Castle has been lovingly restored and mixes medieval architecture with modern comforts. The Castle Is Rented In Its Entirety and caters for up to Six Guests. The castle is comprised of six floors, connected via a stone and oak spiral staircase. There are three double bedrooms. The castle has great battlements which are accessible at the top of the staircase and host amazing views of the surrounding countryside.
