With stunning vistas over Napier Port and Cape Kidnappers, this is a peaceful place to relax, yet still be close enough to enjoy the award winning wines and produce on offer throughout the Hawkes Bay. Whilst we cannot offer sea views we are only one street back from the beach so an easy walk if you wish to take a seaside stroll or bring along your surf casters. We also have the most beautiful cycle/walk tracks that will take you all the way to the city centre if you so wish. We are situated 10 from airport and 15 minutes to the city . We are also a very short stroll to the lovely crab farm winery. Plus snapper park camp ground is a short walk which offers eat in or take away meals.

Noir Cottage, a peaceful Black Barn style retreat!

The Black Barn style petite Noir cottage is a one bedroom, self-contained space beautifully appointed in a gorgeous setting. Sunny, quiet and elevated with bush and sea views set on a 2 acre site. There are 11 kms of bush walking tracks to enjoy and a tennis court. The Bay View village is a 5 minute drive away which offers a Four Square, Fish& Chip shop, Pub, & Pharmacy. Biking tracks are close by. The airport is 7mins away. Close by are two great vineyards which do tastings and food.

Crab Farm Winery, The Art Shed, Bellatinos Food Lovers Market is a 12 minute walk away or 2 minute drive.

After cyclone Gabrielle hit, our river frontage has changed, replanting in process, becoming lovely and maturing . Our home is about 20 minutes from Napier, off the Taupo rd, and 10 minutes from the airport. Some wonderful cycle paths, walks,wineries and cafes not far away. The 2 bedroom appartment has its own private entrance .Games room and patio area. No kitchen but ,fridge,microwave, bbq etc About 300 metres from the river through a gate. (NB - the owners live upstairs)
