Animaux acceptés (2 au maximum) Réservation acceptée uniquement sur présentation du permis de détention pour les chiens de catégorie 1 & 2. Accès 4G, wifi. Détente dans un cadre de verdure. Lieu de randonnées de moyenne montagne. Excursions possibles à la journée: châteaux cathares, cité de Carcassonne, Pays d'Andorre, plages méditerranéennes. Lac de Montbel à 20mn.

We are located in the historic centre of Lagrasse ‘village classé’ listed among the most beautiful of France. The house offers both privacy as well as a large open living space on two levels & a mezzanine. A careful selection of natural materials, furniture creates a cozy and generous atmosphere

Dès les premiers regards, vous serez impressionnés par la vue fabuleuse sur la Haute Vallée de l’Aude. Puis, vous découvrirez un lieu de vie confortable et chaleureux, vous remarquerez que beaucoup d’éléments ont été restaurés ou fabriqués dans l’atelier qui se trouve sur place. Vous profiterez de la nature et de randonnées depuis le jardin. Selon vos envies, vous sillonnerez la région pour des visites culturelles, activités sportives ou simples détours. Venez, il y en a pour tous les goûts !

Chalet Salamandre

Geniet van de rust, het uitzicht en het comfort van dit stijlvolle chalet. Zeer geschikt als romantisch uitje of even bijkomen in de natuur met je gezin. Wij zitten op 650 meter hoogte, in een hete zomer is het altijd iets koeler dan in het dal en met een briesje, heel aangenaam. In de nacht koelt het meer af en is het lekker slapen. Een airco hebben wij niet nodig. Honden zijn welkom, € 15 per verblijf. Voor de winter is er een houtkachel. Wij leveren een kruiwagen met stookhout voor €15.

Sixteenth Century House and garden

Experience the real France. Large sixteenth century house, small sunny and secluded garden, barn. Modern bathrooms and a very high comfort rating with guests e.g. "Best equipped house I have ever stayed in." (August, 2016). Great village with shops, a cafe. Excellent for visiting the Mediterranean beaches, Carcassonne, the Pyrenees, and the Minervois vineyards. Nearest airports Carcassonne (15 mins) and Toulouse (1h 20). A Tropical Paradise on a Mediterranean Riverbank!

Enjoy a taste of the exotic at this newly renovated, pretty pavilion tucked away in the heart of the Aude valley. Relax in the privacy of your very own riverside garden! Spend time together in the open-plan living space, on the terrace for 'al fresco' dining, or picnic/BBQ on the riverbank. The pavilion sits at the bottom of rolling lawns planted with fruit trees. You can walk into Espéraza, kayak along the river or turn right for Spain! Ideal for couples, friends or family.

La maison des Chevaliers

Maison templière spacieuse et confortable, idéale pour un ou deux couples avec deux enfants. Au cœur du village, cette agréable demeure n'est qu'à une dizaine de pas de l'Aude et sa promenade. Café, épicerie et salon de coiffure ne sont qu'à quelques mètres. Le Lac du Saint Bertrand, véritable havre de paix et de fraîcheur est à 5 km. Amateurs de randonnées, de pêche ou simplement animés d'un besoin de quiétude, vous serez conquis par la haute vallée de l'Aude !

Cottage in the vineyards – peace and nature

Charming recently renovated cottage set in the heart of a 70-hectare organic vineyard estate, in the Pays Cathare, close to Carcassonne and its many castles. It offers stunning views over amphitheatre-shaped vineyards and the surrounding countryside, perfect for relaxing at any time of day. Located next to the Belgian owners’ farmhouse, it remains entirely private, surrounded by nature. During your stay, enjoy a complimentary wine tasting and a tour of the winery.

Au pied de la Cité médiévale

At the foot of the ramparts and a somewhat secret staircase leading to the heart of the medieval city, our charming, fully renovated and equipped house is ideal for your family! You will make the most of this wonderful monument and relax in a serene and comfortable place with careful decoration. The 2 bedrooms each have their own bathroom (shower) and a television screen, just like in a hotel.

Chalet L'Oustal (4 pers.) en pleine nature

Le Chalet L'Oustal est une petite maison toute en bois, très chaleureuse, cosy, confortable. Elle se trouve au bout d'un chemin privé, totalement isolée sans voisin à moins de 80 m, sans vis-à-vis, sans passage aucun, en haut d'une colline entouré de bois de chêne-verts et de garrigues méditerranéennes - le lieu idéal pour trouver calme, sérénité, repos, mais aussi sécurité pour vos enfants.

Gîte piscine (2 personnes)

Hébergement situé sur une exploitation agricole familiale en zone natura 2000. Implanté dans une vallée verdoyante et boisée, un cadre calme et reposant le tout en bordure d'un petit cours d'eau, le ruisseau de Couleurs. Accueil possible aux cavaliers (uniquement sur la semaine) . A 800 m de tout commerce.
