Beautiful beaches are on either side of the property within a 10 minute walk and up the river next to the villa is the famous Montezuma waterfall with a big pool. You’ll love my place because of the ocean view, the tide pool in the rocks and the beautiful garden. My villa is great for couples, solo adventurers, families, and honeymooners. Our rustic home is on a quiet stretch of beach. Two roomy upstairs bedrooms have full baths. The third upstairs bedroom has half bath. Downstairs has open floor plan. Great outdoor covered patios are featured both upstairs and downstairs. The pool has no lifeguard so use at your own risk) A separate detached bedroom with queen bed, half bath, and airconditioning is available for an extra $20 daily. Please make arrangements with Daniel if you would like any meals prepared during your stay.

Villa Sea Forever, Ocean View, near Manuel Antonio

Amazing view from the living room and porch. Big porch with outdoor dining. From porch you can see the whole Pacific. Maybe one of the nicest views in Manuel Antonio! We are located in a small gated community with 3 other houses. There is a very secure parking lot with a night guard to watch the cars. Daily Housekeeping. This is located on the main road to Manuel Antonio so there is a little road noise. You will also have to climb 3 flights of stairs to get from the parking to the house.
