Ranch-style 460 sq ft studio with full bathroom & attached kitchen area. This studio has epic views of the creek & mountains and is located 200 ft from the main house. We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

The Russian Princess Historic Home

Historic 1883 Victorian home on the main street of downtown Silverton with long driveway to park truck/trailer or several cars. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery, and shops. Park your car and walk or bike everywhere for the rest of your stay. This cozy duplex has a great location right in Silverton, Colorado just a couple minutes walk from Main Street, the grocery store, liquor store, and everything else town has to offer. Windows specifically placed for views and decorative relics from the early mining days give you the feeling of historic Silverton with the comforts of a modern stay. From the front yard you can hear the waterfall on Kendall and watch the train chug into town. Truly the perfect stay all your San Juan adventures.

Little Sis'....a sweet retreat (town minutes away)

This pristine little Scandinavian D-log cabin sits on over 2 quiet wooded acres a brief 5-minute drive from uptown Pagosa (our more commercial area with nicer grocery store, dining, brewery, Walmart, etc) and about 10 minutes to the springs (downtown). Your experience is enhanced with a gas grill, outdoor seating/dining table, fully outfitted kitchen, and even a clearing for campfire and stargazing. Deer and wild turkeys are frequent visitors. Yeti Summit is a separate unit behind the main house in a peaceful neighborhood, just two miles from Ouray. This charming space offers a private deck, hot tub, kitchenette, 3/4 bath, and a luxury king bed. Enjoy morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine on the deck while listening to Corbett Creek. The Dallas Trailhead is a short walk away, or bike/drive to the famous Ouray Hot Springs Pool. Per county ordinance, only one trailer is allowed on-site, with additional parking options available.

Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. There is also an extensive trail system for hiking, biking and running that can be accessed from within the neighborhood( maps in binder) Please read this before requesting to book, ESPECIALLY if booking during winter months (Nov-April)our property may not be for everyone...

Warm and Friendly Riverfront Cabin

Warm and family friendly property on the San Miguel River. Only 12 miles from downtown historic Telluride and the ski resort. The entire upstairs is a large master bedroom with views of the river and a sitting room with a pull out couch. The 2nd bedroom is on the main floor. 2 bathrooms. Eclectic decor, full kitchen, living room, TV, internet, a 3rd bedroom attach to the garage, deck to the river, and beautiful canyon views. Front yard parking the can accommodate 2 vehicles.

Rustic Cabin 9 - Pet Friendly - Hot Tub Access

Cute and cozy year-round camping cabin available for rent as a more economical option for guests who want to have the cabin experience and still have the convenience of being close to downtown Ouray. PLEASE NOTE: Camping Cabins do NOT have water inside the cabin. Drinking water is readily available. Our heated restrooms and shower facilities are only a short walk from the cabins and checked multiple times daily to make sure they are clean and ready for our guests.

There is a small garage that is heated and includes a workbench with ski tools and space for gear storage. We welcome all Silverton visitors and will do our best to help you have an amazing stay! We are pet friendly! A $50 pet fee will be charged separately if you bring pets.
