Entertain on the wraparound verandas, or just sit back and relax with a good book. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious bedroom, modern bathroom and laundry, comfortable loungeroom and wrap around verandas to entertain on or while away a lazy afternoon. Leanne or Jeff will be available at any time to answer questions and make your stay an enjoyable one. In most cases greeting you on arrival Walk just 2 minutes to reach pristine Shelly and Angel beaches, with many coffee and dining options also only a stone’s throw away. These include local hangout Belle General, The Surf Club by the water, and the coffee and food cart at Flat Rock. The Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is 10 minutes away so very accessible for fly in guests. Regular bus services to town, Byron Bay & Lennox with a bus stop only minutes away. Complimentary use of bikes is available to enjoy the numerous coastal bike & walking paths. A car is recommended to take full advantage of all the area has to offer. Walk just 2 minutes to reach pristine Shelly and Angel beaches, with many coffee and dining options also only a stone’s throw away. The cottage is located next to world-class coastal walking and bike tracks that showcase our magnificent coastline. Evans Head Wattle comfortable family holiday home

This family holiday home is ideal for anyone looking for a relaxing quiet holiday by the beach. It is light, open and airy, with a garden and front deck. It is not even close to 5 star luxury but an old timber house that we have made clean and functional . Our families have enjoyed the house over 5 generations .The kitchen is stocked but unrenovated. It has 4 bedrooms with 2 upstairs ,2 small ones downstairs. It is 5 minute walk to the beach and shops. There is no under cover parking. Free Wifi.

Situated up a dirt road, amongst koala trees and on the river, in the small community of Rileys Hill, close to Evans Head.
