Modern and contemporary SWEET 17 situated in the heart of the village, a stones throw away from the Yorkshire Wolds Way, Cave Castle, York, Beverley, Hull and various seaside locations. Popular wedding venues are close by along with local pubs and shops. We offer an open plan living space for you to enjoy and relax in with family, friends and colleagues loaded with all the essentials and more to make a fantastic stay. LUCKY 13 next door can also be booked to accommodate extra guests if needed.

Tadpole Cottage

A Scandinavian style bungalow, set in a private 40 acre nature reserve, for 6-12 guests. The Woodland Garden, has a fantastic selection of mature Rhododendrons and azaleas extends to 1.5 acres, a fire pit with seating for 8-10, Two Decked areas, woodland pathway to access Allerthorpe Common. York is 20 min by car. Country Houses , Sledmere, Castle Howard and Burton Agnes are all within a 30 minute drive. Family/ friends, Male or Female groups welcome. A max of 2 dogs which are chargable.

Take a break and unwind at our peaceful place, with safe, off street parking with electric hook up if you need it, walking distance to the country pub or hop on a bus to York. The historic market town of Beverley is just 20 minutes by car, York is 30 minutes, this cosy annexe for 2 comes equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing country break. Plenty of good walks in the area and free fresh eggs from our hens. We can also be flexible on check in and check out times if needed

Our Shepherd's Hut provides the perfect secluded, rural getaway to escape, relax and unwind! Our cosy hut has a fully plumbed en-suite shower room and toilet inside the hut. It is set in its own private garden, tucked away in the quiet countryside of the East Riding of Yorkshire. Escape to relax in the hot tub with food cooked on your own gas BBQ. The hut is complete with a kitchenette, fold down table, a double bed, three quarter bunk and for cosy nights in, a log burner.

Tinson's Barn

NO SMOKERS. The HOT TUB is exclusively yours! This barn is unsuitable for children. Please ensure that all guests are happy with the house rules before booking. Please also note that the property has slipper baths - there are no showers or shower heads (see pictures) Private area with seating and a hot tub. We are in the countryside but only 2 miles from local amenities. Pocklington is 2 miles, The beautiful city of York is 12 miles, the coast is only an hours drive.

Cabin

Each of our cabins has a beautifully fitted kitchen, a solid worktop, a 2-ring hob, a combination oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, and under mount sink, plus all the essentials that make your stay stress free. Designed to maximise the space the shower room has a basin, vanity unit and WC with shower panel. Making your pod comfy and cosy means all our pods are fitted with electric panel heaters, double glazing and electric water heaters.

Luxury studio lodge, surrounded by nature, with private wood-fired hot tub. Peaceful adults retreat with only four lodges. Escape to the countryside to getaway and relax. Fitted with air-conditioning for comfort during summer and a cosy warn feel in winter.

Carpenter's Cottage

Carpenter's Cottage is in the centre of Pocklington: a pretty market town with many restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, cinema, arts centre and Burnby Hall gardens. There is private off road parking and secure cycle storage. You'll love the comfy Kingsize bed, wood burning stove, recliner sofa and wi-fi. My cottage is perfect for couples.
