The Annexe is a cosy 1 bedroom residence, attached to our home with its own entrance. Set in the picturesque village of Litton, and the Peak District National Park. The Red Lion pub is a short stroll away, as is the community village shop/post office. The” Cathedral in the Peak” Tideswell is just 0.6 mile away. Beautiful walks,cycling and relaxation await you from your doorstep. Chatsworth House, Hadden and Thornbridge hall, Bakewell and Buxton are all within easy reach, as is the Monsal Trail.

The Nook - an idyllic rural bolt hole...

A sleeps two, barn conversion with original beams. The Nook is located at Back Tor Farm in the Edale Valley. We welcome all enquiries of three nights or more but do prefer Friday changeover dates. It is an essential part of our hosting terms that the person responsible for booking our property makes their full name and mobile number available to us in the Airbnb booking process. 3rd Party bookings are not acceptable. Hollow Brook Cottage Peak District

In the heart of the Peak District, Hollow Brook cottage offers a tranquil haven for grown ups. Older families or couples, wanting a space to relax. Unwind in the hot tub after a day's stroll, but please respect quiet hours after 9 pm, hot tub not in use from 10pm (Hot Tub will not be available from January 1st 2026). Located on the outskirts of Eyam, this environment is for those who cherish a slower pace of life, making it the perfect place for those looking to rest and recoup.

Bridgefoot Cottage - Wild Swimming & Hot Tub

Bridgefoot is a beautiful 17th century cottage situated in the Peak District. Guests have full use of the property including a modern, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for entertaining. There is also an exceptionally comfy and cozy sitting room, equipped with 2 sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed) a log burner and a Smart TV. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious four poster bed and an ensuite bathroom. Next door is a spacious second bedroom with two comfortable single beds.

Yeldwood Farm Cottage is a beautiful barn conversion on our farm, just outside Baslow. The self-catering cottage sleeps 2 guests, in a Super-King size (or Twin) master bedroom. The cottage comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, sitting room and bathroom with a large bath and shower. We are ideally situated on the Chatsworth Estate within the Peak District, close to Chatsworth House itself, Haddon Hall, Bakewell, Eyam, Matlock, Castleton, Buxton and Sheffield.

Gorse Ridge End is a fresh and airy bungalow superbly situated in the beautiful village of Baslow in the heart of the stunning Peak District National Park. In a peaceful village location away from the main road with private garden and plenty of off road parking, this 2 bedroom property provides a tranquil base for a couple or a family.

Chert Cottage, Great Longstone, Bakewell Peak Dist

Chert Cottage is a delightful and private two bedroomed detached cottage that was refurbished in 2020. The cottage sits off the road with it's own drive, great gardens and private patio, along with ample private parking. Well behaved pets are welcome. All of this in the wonderfully picturesque Peak District village of Great Longstone, just minutes from the Monsal trail and Chatsworth House. Bakewell is also close by, along with lots of walking opportunities.

Monsal View Cottage

A beautiful space with exquisite views set at the iconic viewpoint of Monsal Head. This is the perfect base to really enjoy all that the Peak District has to offer- including the most epic view of all at Monsal Head and the Headstone Viaduct. Located at Hobb’s Cafe so you have a quaint little cafe right next door! Enjoy breathtaking views all to yourself in the mornings and evenings. The Little Lodge

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The Little Lodge is a brand new renovated annex attached to a charming Victorian Lodge from the 1800s. Situated in a picturesque and peaceful conservation area on a private road in the leafy suburb of Ranmoor Sheffield. The Little Lodge is only 15minutes away from Sheffield's main train station and sits of the foothills of South Yorkshire's famous Peak District. Ideal for a city break or a Rambler's retreat.
